The Recruitment Officer will carry out the daily operations of meeting recruitment targets for Atlantia’s clinical studies and will be responsible for collecting recruitment data and maintaining the recruitment software.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, emails to volunteers
- Calls will involve screening volunteers for clinical trials to explain what is involved and to determine if they are eligible to participate in the trial
- Update and track volunteer status on clinical platform
- Schedule high volume of appointments
- Review volunteer applications to determine eligibility
- Support the Recruitment & Marketing Manager in achieving participant recruitment targets to ensure all recruitment deliverables are met according to project timelines
- Supports the recruitment of the trials by participating in team brainstorming sessions and researching potential recruitment avenues
- Identify and report any issues or discrepancies encountered during all recruitment activities
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks that are delegated to you by the Recruitment & Marketing Manager
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1+ year target-driven call centre experience required
- A background in a science/healthcare setting is a major advantage
This role could be carried out on a hybrid basis, 3 days on site and 2 days remotely.
